Downstairs there is a country kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer, as well as a microwave, kettle and toaster, completed with a breakfast bar and stools. Adjacent is the dining room, with a table to seat 6 to enjoy a hearty dinner or a takeaway of an evening. The lounge has a comfy sofa, smart TV and Blu-ray player. Beyond the lounge is a conservatory which overlooks the garden. Whether you want to sit quietly with a book or put your feet up and watch a film, there's space for everyone.

Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms - master with a king size bed and both other bedrooms with two full size singles - perfect for families or small groups. The bathroom has a shower over a P-shaped bath, so you can have an invigorating shower or a soak after a long day out in the fresh air.

There is well-lit, private parking adjacent to the cottage, and a gate gives access to the garden and cottage. At the bottom of the garden is a games room with table football and a range of outdoor games, to keep kids, big and small, entertained.

Within easy walking distance is the village hall and playing fields which include a recently upgraded play park. Across the road is the village cafe which serves a great range of food and drink, open 6 days a week. At the end of the village is the pub, open at weekends.

Accessibility

April Cottage is a two storey property - the kitchen, dining room, lounge and conservatory are on the ground floor, and a flight of stairs leads to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. Due to the age of the property, the stairs are quite steep.

Both external doors of the property are fitted with secure thumb turn locks. The garden is fully secure with high bolt lock on the inside of the gate.

The private parking is immediately adjacent to the property. There are a few shallow steps leading to the entrance door.

We have provided a night light in each of the bedrooms to ensure everyone feels safe and calm and gets a good nights' sleep. There is a night light at the foot of the stairs which doubles up as a removable torch.

We actively minimise fragrance, with no air fresheners or diffusers, low-scent laundry products and no fabric conditioner.
